Ingredients:
4 slices of bread, 100 g of fine truffles blacks either in whole or in pate, extra virgin olive oil, salt, 1 clove 'garlic, pepper and lemon juice.
Preparation:
Thoroughly clean the floor when fresh truffles, truffles scratch or crush together to 'garlic, then toss with oil, salt, pepper and lemon, to taste, mix well to raw, toast the bread slices, season with some 'oil and lemon juice, then spread the truffle sauce ready. Serve immediately.
